Sending Your Scores to Schools is Quick, Easy, and Free.
Using your parent/guardian SSAT account, you may add or cancel/remove schools/score recipients online anytime, free of charge. Please note that once scores have been released, designated recipients cannot be canceled.
To select schools/score recipients at registration: Search for and select the name of the school(s) during your test registration. If you prefer to see your scores before sending them, you may submit your registration with no score recipients listed and add them later.
In the parent/guardian account, click on "SSAT Scores"
(scores may only be sent using the parent account, not the student account)
Choose the test scores you want to send
You’ll see an entry for each test for which your student is registered. Click the plus sign to expand information for the test scores you're sending.
Search and add score recipients
Once the test date is expanded, use the search function to type in the name of the school you want to add. As you type, name suggestions will appear below the search box. Find the correct school and click "Add". Please note that many school names are similar - be sure to check the address carefully to ensure you choose the right school. Additionally, some schools spell out words like "Saint" and some abbreviate ("St."). If you can't find a school, try spelling the name a different way.
Note: To remove a school/score recipient: Score recipients you have already selected are listed under the expanded test tab. Click on the "Remove" link next to the school you wish to remove. Score recipients may only be removed before scores are released.
Confirm Recipient Selection
Click "Yes, Share Scores" to add this school to your recipient list for this test's scores.
That's it! If scores have been released, the school will receive your scores immediately. If not, they will be sent on the school score release date, just prior to when they are released to you. If you'd like to start an application and the school accepts the Standard Application Online, you can easily do so right from the confirmation screen!
If you are working with a professional who is helping you apply to schools, be sure to add him/her as an advisor. Advisors are not the same as score recipients. If you want your placement director, consultant, or counselor to have the ability to see your scores and send them on your behalf, you must designate them as an advisor for each SSAT you take. Schools to which you are applying and sending your scores are "score recipients."
After you designate a score recipient, a message will appear with the name of that school that indicates if the scores have been sent or are pending with the school. If the message under the school score recipient's name indicates scores have been sent, there is no need to call us or the school to inquire about the receipt of scores.
Only schools, counselors, and consultants that are members of The Enrollment Management Association are eligible to receive SSAT scores.
Sometimes things don’t go well when students take the SSAT. If this happens to you, you have the option of canceling your test scores. If you decide to cancel, your scores will not be reported to you or to any of the schools you have selected to receive them. Be sure to cancel a test score you don't want by 5:00 PM EDT on the Tuesday following your test date. You cannot wait until a score is received before canceling.
A Middle or Upper Level tester may test on any or all of the eight Standard SSAT administrations, plus one Flex test, per testing year (August 1 - July 31), for a total of nine testing opportunities. We will send official score reports only to those schools you designate for each score report. Score reports do not list the number of times the SSAT was taken or the number of score reports on file.
We do NOT "super score" the SSAT - that is, you cannot choose your highest individual section scores from multiple tests to send individually - you can only send complete score reports. Contact the school to which you are applying to inquire as to whether they will "super score" by selecting the highest-scoring sections from multiple score reports.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
