How to Register for the SSAT by Mail/Fax

1. Download and print forms.
You may download the registration form and instructions (3 pages) or the entire Student Registration Guide (40 pages).

2. Complete student information section.

3. Select a test date and site.
Click here to search test locations. Be sure to indicate an alternate test center choice.

4. Select score recipients.
Click here for a list of SSAT member schools and organizations who are eligible to receive official score reports from SSAT.

5. Provide documentation.
Additional documentation is required for Sunday Testing and Special Accommodations.

6. Provide payment.
Your test fee is due at the time of registration. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard or Fee Waiver for fax or mail registrations. You may pay by check or money order for mail registrations only.

7. Submit your registration by mail or fax.
Be sure to register before the posted deadlines, or your registration will be returned.
