Beginning August 1, 2013, SSATB will eliminate the option to apply for a 30-minute extension to the end of the test. All students requiring special testing accommodations must provide verification that they routinely receive special accommodation in their current school setting. School-documented accommodations include (but are not limited to): permission to mark answers directly in the test booklet, large print test booklet and materials, use of laptop computer with spelling aid for writing sample only, and extra time (1.5 standard time per section).
